The process requires the set up of hauling systems and placement of large containers at various woodworking locations, for clean waste disposal. The containers are hauled to the plant and the entire process is developed from the latest available technology.

Inside the plant the disposed clean wood waste is shredded and blown into a storage silo. With compressed hydraulic pressure a unique shape called TINDERBLOX is formed. The blox are manufactured in various packaging sizes, sealed and ready for distribution.

The finished product is additive and wax free creating an environmentally friendly product.
